Ukukhishwa kwamazinyo
Ukukhishwa kwamazinyo inqubo yokukhipha izinyo esikhwameni sezinsini. Imvamisa kwenziwa udokotela wamazinyo ojwayelekile, udokotela ohlinzayo ngomlomo, noma i-periodontist.

Tshela udokotela wamazinyo wakho nganoma imiphi imithi oyiphuzayo, efaka phakathi imithi oyithenga, nangomlando wakho wezokwelapha. Ukukhishwa kwamazinyo kungafaka amabhaktheriya egazini. Ngakho-ke qiniseka ukuthi utshela udokotela wamazinyo wakho uma ngabe unezimo ezingakwenza uthambekele ekuthelelekeni. Lokhu kungafaka:

- Ungabhemi.
Lapho udla noma uphuza:
- Hlafuna ngakolunye uhlangothi lomlomo wakho.
- Yidla ukudla okuthambile okufana neyogathi, amazambane acubuziwe, isobho, ukwatapheya nobhanana kuze kuphole isilonda. Gwema ukudla okunzima futhi okunoshukela isonto elilodwa.
- Ungaphuzi ngotshani okungenani amahora angama-24. Lokhu kungaphazamisa ukujiya kwegazi emgodini lapho izinyo lalikhona, kubangele ukopha nobuhlungu. Lokhu kubizwa ngokuthi yisokhethi elomile.

- Izitishi zingakhululeka (lokhu kuvamile) futhi zizoncibilika zodwa.

- Bona udokotela wamazinyo wakho ukuze uhlanzwe njalo.
