- 1/2 ingilazi yejusi le-orange
- Ama-plums amnyama afakwe ama-4
Kule iresiphi, i-orange nayo ingashintshwa uphayinaphu.
5. Izithelo zesifiso, iklabishi nejusi yesanqante
Izithako:
- 3 wezipuni wothando izithelo uginindela, nembewu
- 1/2 isanqante
- 1 iqabunga le-kale
- 150 ml wamanzi
