- I-Zest ye-1/2 ye-lime
- I-1/4 ithisipuni i-chili powder
Okwe-chamoy
- 1/4 indebe ye-apricot jam
- 1/4 indebe ijusi kalamula
- 1 upelepele omisiwe we-ancho, imbewu neziqu zisusiwe
- 1/4 ithisipuni kasawoti
Izikhombisi-ndlela
- Ukwenza i-chamoy: Gcoba upelepele omisiwe emanzini ashisayo imizuzu engama-30 kuya kwengama-60. Ku-blender esheshayo, hlanganisa ujamu we-apricot, ijusi likalamula, upelepele nosawoti kuze kuhlangane futhi kube bushelelezi.
- Faka inkomishi engu-1 yomango omusha efrijini okungenani amahora angu-3 kuya kwangu-4, noma kuze kube yiqhwa. Gcina inkomishi engu-1/2 yezinhlamvu zemango ezintsha.

Cindezela umcako nxazonke zengilazi bese ucwilisa umugqa kasawoti we-chili-lime uze umbozwe. Cindezela ijusi likalamula ne-spoon chamoy up ezinhlangothini zengilazi ukuze udale i-swirl emnandi.
- Thela ingxube kamango engilazini. Phezulu ngomango omusha, ukuvuza kwe-chamoy, kanye nempushana kachili eyengeziwe.
