- Vala imbiza yengilazi bese uyivumela ime amaviki amathathu endaweni epholile nenomoya, inyakazise ingxube kanye ngosuku;
- Ngemuva kwamaviki ama-2, hlunga ingxube usebenzisa i-strainer yekhofi yendwangu noma isihlungi sephepha;
- Buyisela ingxube embizeni yeglasi eyinyumba, okumele ifakwe ilebuli nosuku nohlu lwezithako ezisetshenzisiwe.
Izithako zomuthi ezilungiselelwe nge-glycerin ngokuvamile zinokunambitheka okumnandi kunalezo ezilungiselelwe ngotshwala, kanti ezinye izitshalo zokwelapha ezingagcinwa kusetshenziswa le ndlela yi-peppermint, i-Lavender, i-Basil, i-Elderflower noma i-Melissa, ngokwesibonelo.
